Craig and Becca Dial live in the fifth-largest city in the United States: Phoenix, Arizona. In an effort to stop throwing their money away to rent, these newlyweds decided they'd move in with Becca's parents. It's only been a few weeks, but Becca and Craig are ready to find a place of their own. This young couple is looking for something modern and updated, but also something that fits their budget.

Dan and Susan Bergman were born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Since tying the knot they have been living together in Susan's condo, but are quickly outgrowing it. They have absolutely no place to store anything. They would like to find a place with two garages, a large kitchen and basement and plenty of extra storage space.

In Seattle, a newly single guy wants to downsize to a bachelor pad in downtown.

Country Life
Jon and Carleen Klingbeil lead a double life. During the day, they work among millions of others in Sacramento, California. But at night, they retreat to their country rental house in Grass Valley, California. They love the quiet and privacy that comes with their remote location but are tired of the limited space and inability to make any cosmetic changes to the house. They want something bigger where they can really start a family.

Cramped Quarters in Colorado
Born and raised in California, Brian Schonfeld and his wife Cheri moved to Fort Collins, Colorado, last year when Brian got a job offer he couldn't resist. He now has a shorter commute, cheaper housing and more time to spend with 2-year-old daughter Melia. However, 16 months have flown by and now the Schonfelds need a bigger place.

Colin and Audrey Vincent have been renting a temporary home they can't make changes on. Their priorities when it comes to a new place are location, layout and budget. With a very limited budget, and Nashville's booming market, the Vincents hope to find an affordable three-bedroom home with at least one-and-a-half bathrooms in a great neighborhood.

Goodbye, Gators!
Ivis and Marcus McCollum love living in Trinity, Florida. They are still in their first home together with their young sons Jackson, 3, and Ian, 2. The McCollums don't want to leave Trinity, but they do want to find a new house for two reasons that both involve their young sons. They don't have enough space anymore, and there are too many alligators nearby.

Moving Back to the Big Easy
The Reeves family — parents, Spencer and Carrie and their three kids, Carlo, Lilly, and Dillon — are all New Orleans natives. Now, after two years of rebuilding post-Hurricane Katrina, they are happy to be back in their home. Unfortunately, Spencer and Carrie realize that their home is no longer big enough for their family. So, they're back to square one and are hoping to sell their place and find a larger home on a larger piece of land.

Single Story
In the mid-1990s, Shiva Ramachandran and his wife Srimathi packed up and moved to America from India. Currently, along with their daughters Akshaya, 12, and Akila, 7, this family rents a home in Chandler, a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona. However, they are ready to become homeowners. In a new place, they want a single-story home, that has at least 2,100 square feet, four bedrooms and a yard. This will be a challenge to find because most houses in the area are two-story homes.

Moving Closer to Mom
Single mom Marlene Boyd wants to live closer to her mom in northern California. Along with infant daughter Ella and two dogs, Marlene currently lives in El Dorado Hills, a suburb outside of Sacramento. However, she's looking to downsize into a smaller home and be closer to her family and Downtown Sacramento. Will she be able to find the right home in a rather desirable neighborhood?

Relocating to DC
Kadie and Jarod Blaney's lives were turned upside down when they got great new jobs in the Washington, D.C., area and had to relocate from their beautiful dream home in Richmond, Virginia. They moved into temporary corporate housing. Now that they're more settled in with their jobs, they're ready to settle down in a new home. They seek a place with at least three bedrooms, two baths and plenty of yard space for their dogs.
